Sydney Kaye

Sydney Kaye is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, contributing to the SHaPE (Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities) practice since September 2021. Kaye has held various roles at McKinsey, including Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, and began as a Summer Business Analyst. Prior experience includes clinical volunteer work at the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at Penn Medicine and a research internship at Weill Cornell Medicine's Department of Neurological Surgery, focusing on epilepsy research. Kaye has also interned at Stern Investor Relations and conducted research at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Health Care Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively. Additionally, Kaye studied at Tel Aviv University and graduated from Trinity School in NYC.
