Tessa Crompton

Tessa Crompton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and program planning, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at McKinsey & Company since July 2008. Throughout a successful career at McKinsey, Tessa has held various leadership roles, including Global and Regional Partner Events and Program Manager. Prior to this, Tessa gained valuable experience as a Summer Wedding Coordinator at The Wedding Library and completed internships at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where Tessa focused on meetings, special events, and food and beverage operations.
