Dan Burns

Dan Burns has extensive experience in the piping industry, currently serving as Piping Superintendent at McKinstry since January 2000, where responsibilities include managing all piping manpower and collaborating with key team members. Prior to this role, Dan worked at McKinstry Co from March 1988 to January 2000 as a steam fitter app and foreman, focusing on the installation and maintenance of various heating and cooling systems. Early career experience includes a brief tenure at Wright Schucart & Harbor in 1990, where Dan was involved in stainless tube bending and calibration of project instrumentation. Educational achievements include a Votech/Apprenticeship Training Certificate from Washtenaw Community College and a Steamfitting Trade Certificate from Renton Technical College, supplemented by studies at Everett Community College.
