Dhishan Kande

Dhishan Kande currently serves as the Director of Technology and AI Innovation at McKinstry, where responsibilities include supporting internal startups with technology consulting and business development while leading the AI data transformation strategy and scaling operations for the data center offsite manufacturing team. Previously, Dhishan held the role of Director of Product Management for Energy and Technical Services, overseeing multiple technology roadmaps that enhanced productivity for engineers and technicians. Dhishan also provided consulting services across various industries, contributing to projects for major clients such as Microsoft and Lennox International, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth and the launch of innovative products. With a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing from Texas Instruments and a focus on investor education in technology at Burnt Orange Capital, Dhishan possesses advanced academic credentials, including an MBA from Texas McCombs, a PhD, and an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
