Heath MacKay

Heath Mackay is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the National Director of Development for Distributed Energy Resources at McKinstry since March 2019. Prior experience includes leading project development at Namasté Solar, where responsibilities encompassed driving development efforts for commercial, community solar, and utility projects, significantly contributing to the company’s reputation and revenue generation. With a strong background in managing strategic initiatives at various organizations, Mackay has consistently achieved high project revenues and cultivated relationships with key corporate accounts. Additional experience includes managing volunteers for conservation projects and leading successful fundraising initiatives for nonprofit organizations. Mackay holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University.
