Lou Bailey

Lou Bailey has extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry, currently serving as a Board of Education Member and Instructor at the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington since May 2019. For over three decades at McKinstry, Lou Bailey has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of the PNW Mechanical SPG and multiple director roles, overseeing financial performance and daily operations of a multi-million dollar division. Lou Bailey's educational background includes certifications in mechanical project management and supervisory training, alongside degrees in Union Refrigeration and Sheet Metal Apprenticeships.
