Rachel Boehme

Rachel Boehme is a Senior Talent Development Program Manager at McKinstry, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering talent development programs while collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance program effectiveness. Rachel also serves as a Strength Coach at Vie Athletics. With over twelve years of experience in the US Army, Rachel held various leadership positions, including Major as Military Police Officer, Senior Program Manager at Seattle University ROTC, and Operations Manager for significant military units, overseeing training, diversity, and operational effectiveness. Rachel holds a degree in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point, alongside two Master's degrees in Higher Education Administration and Organizational Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change in Higher Education from the University of Louisville.
