Rachel Gaville

Rachel Gaville is a Construction Project Engineer at McKinstry since January 2024, bringing a robust background in engineering. Previously, Rachel served as an Assistant Pipeline Engineer at Burns & McDonnell from March 2020 to December 2022, where key contributions included developing a carbon capture knowledge base and leading compressor station diagram updates. Experience also includes two Summer Games Internships at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2018 and 2019, focusing on applications for cyberbullying prevention and engineering interfaces for aircraft systems. Rachel held the position of Vice President for the Mu Chapter of Theta Tau, overseeing event planning and committee activities. A Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering graduate from The University of Alabama, Rachel has also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Alaska Airlines, where significant contributions included publishing compliance changes and initiating engineering discussions for flight deck enhancements.
