Ruben Guillen

Ruben Guillen, EIT, ACP, is a Program Manager in Technical Services at McKinstry, with a focus on building commissioning activities for new construction projects, where responsibilities have included review of design documents and construction reports since November 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Captain in the US Army from March 2015 to November 2017, leading operational teams and providing strategic consulting to large organizations. Ruben's earlier roles in the Army included positions of increasing responsibility, such as Operations Officer and Program Manager, overseeing significant personnel and equipment resources. Additionally, a brief internship at Raytheon provided engineering experience in quality assurance for the Patriot radar system. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
