Thomas Kelley

Thomas Kelley has extensive experience in sales operations, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations and Enablement at McKinstry since December 2019, Thomas has held various leadership roles within the company, focusing on energy services and team management. As co-owner and distiller at Four Leaf Spirits/Puget Sound Rum Company since 2015, Thomas oversees the production of multiple rum varieties and tea-infused spirits. Thomas also operates TPK-Photography.com as an owner and photographer. Previous roles include Account Executive at View | Dynamic Glass and Business Development Director at McKinstry, where Thomas managed sales teams and focused on sustainable infrastructure solutions for various sectors. Thomas holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rice University, and has a background in engineering and naval service as a submarine officer.
