Yana Lisikyan

Yana Lisikyan is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at McKinstry since July 2013, Yana has held various positions including Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller, overseeing the timely issuance of financial results and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Russell Investments, where Yana focused on journal entries, account reconciliations, and process improvements, and as Audit Manager at Clark Nuber, managing audit engagements and client relationships. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, International Business, and Human Resource from the Seattle Pacific University.
