Maria Dicent-Hernandez

Maria Dicent-Hernandez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at McKonly & Asbury since April 2017, Maria has previously held various roles at the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania, including Accounting Coordinator and Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as supervising staff. Earlier career experiences include positions at JACP Accounting & Tax Services, Fernández Ventura & Asociados, Lermaj Manufacturing, Inc., and Asociación de Empleados del ELA, covering diverse accounting duties such as payroll reporting, tax preparation, collections, and financial audits. Maria holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidad del Este in Puerto Rico.
