Susan Bernier

Susan Bernier is a Talent and Learning Leader currently serving as the Learning & Development Leader at MCL Construction since 2023. With a strong background in fostering growth and continuous learning, Susan previously held roles such as L&D Manager at Union Pacific Railroad and Director of Technical Training at Spreetail. Additionally, Susan has managed Knowledge Management Solutions at LinkedIn and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Creighton University, while having completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
