Bob Spavelko

Bob Spavelko has extensive experience in management roles across various restaurant and food service companies. Most notably, Bob served as General Manager at MCL Inc. from August 2009 to August 2023. Prior to that, Bob held multiple managerial positions, including General Manager, Training Manager, and New Store Openings Manager at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from April 2007 to November 2008, and General Manager at DQ Inc. from April 2001 to November 2006. Bob's career also includes managerial positions at Panera Bread, Sbarro Inc., Corral Northeast Inc., and Denny's Inc., where Bob developed skills in training and operations management. Bob is an alumnus of Duquesne University.
