Mollie Lothman

Mollie Lothman is an experienced Entrepreneur and Managing Partner at McLain's Bakery, a position held since March 2014. Under Mollie's leadership, McLain's Bakery has expanded significantly, opening four new locations and launching several startups, including McLain's Market, McLain's Cakery, and Sway Coffeeroasters, while also enhancing customer experience and digital capabilities. Prior to this role, Mollie served as Event Coordinator at Grand Street Cafe from August 2013 to May 2015, where oversight included managing multiple event spaces and a team of servers. Mollie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Organization Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
