John Rabel

EVP, Manufacturing & Supply at McLanahan Corporation

John Rabel is the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply for McLanahan Corporation. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Manufacturing, Supply, SH&E, Quality, Global Sourcing and Maintenance.

John began his career with McLanahan Corporation in October 2016. His previous experience includes Safety/Production Supervisor at MeadWestvaco Corporation's Envelope Division in Williamsburg, Pa.; Safety Engineer and Property Conservation Manager at MeadWestvaco's Chemical Division in Covington, Va.; Plant Superintendent at MeadWestvaco Corporation’s Envelope Division in Williamsburg, Pa.; and Eastern Operations/Plant Manager for Containment Solutions, Inc. in Mount Union, Pa.

John graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va. with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Resource Management. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Safety Management from West Virginia University's College of Engineering and Mineral Resources and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pa.

John is a Certified Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. In the past, John served as a member of the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as a member of the Junior Achievement Board. John is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Hollidaysburg Area Little League.
