en Kirsch is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for McLanahan Corporation. His responsibilities include overseeing Safety, Quality, Human Resources and the McLanahan Academy.
Ken began his career with McLanahan Corporation in 1988 as a Design Engineer. He has held roles in the company as Assistant Engineering Manager and Director of Project Management. Before joining McLanahan Corporation, Ken worked at Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
