Art Leon is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Operations II at McLane Company, Inc., Art has progressed through various roles since January 2017, including Director of Operations I. Prior experience includes positions at Golden State Foods as Transportation Manager and Customer Service Manager, overseeing logistics for a major distribution center servicing over 1,100 restaurants. Art's extensive career also encompasses roles at Target, Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, US Air Force Reserve, DHL Supply Chain, and United States Navy, providing a well-rounded expertise in high-volume warehouse management and logistics processes. Academic credentials include an MBA in Global Business from the University of Redlands and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University-San Bernardino, along with an upcoming program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
