Ben Garst

Ben Garst, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Reporting Lead Accountant at McLane Company, Inc. since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate at KPMG US from September 2021 to March 2024, and as an Audit Intern at KPMG US in July 2020. Educational credentials include a Master of Accountancy from Baylor University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Mathematics from Baylor University in 2020. Additional experience at Baylor University includes serving as an Accounting Lab Instructor and as a Community Leader Mentor, responsible for fostering community and discipline among residents. Garst also contributed as a Paid Recruiter for the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core, actively participating in the recruitment of incoming business students.
