Dan Bailey

Dan Bailey, CSCP has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and operations roles. Dan is currently serving as the Director of Operations at McLane Company, Inc, where they lead a team of managers to achieve organizational objectives and deliver superior customer experiences. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Second Nature Brands, overseeing manufacturing operations and distribution for two leading snack food companies. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at Kar's Nuts, where they led all supply chain disciplines and national distribution. Dan also has experience as a Vice President of Operations at US Foods, where they developed and implemented strategic plans for the operations department. Dan began their career at UPS and Frito Lay, holding supervisory and warehouse management roles. Overall, Dan's experience and expertise in operations management make him a highly capable professional in the field.

Dan Bailey, CSCP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University Indianapolis, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Warren Central High School in 1982 and 1983. In addition to their education, Dan Bailey has obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management in 2023.
