Joe Bob Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joe Bob began their career in 1982 as a Programmer at Republic Supply Co, where they wrote and changed various batch and online applications. Joe Bob then moved on to Fleming Companies in 1985, where they worked their way up from Programmer to Manager of the Warehouse/Distribution applications team. In 2003, they joined McLane Company, Inc. as a Management Information Systems Specialist before progressing to roles such as Management Information Systems Manager and Manager of Application Development Support. Joe Bob then served as the Director of Quality Assurance and, most recently, as the Director of Operating Systems & Scheduling. Throughout their career, Joe Bob has gained extensive experience in application development, systems management, and team leadership.

Joe Bob Griffin attended Oklahoma State University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Business Processing.
