Traci Gilmore

Traci Gilmore is the current President at McLane Company. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Dawn Food Products from July 2015 to November 2019. Traci has also worked as the Distribution Center Manager at McKesson Corporation from May 2008 to June 2015, where they managed a 90,000 s.f. distribution center providing pharmaceutical wholesale distribution to independent pharmacies, chains, hospitals, and long-term care pharmacies in ND and parts of MN. In their previous role as Sr. Process Leader at Target Corporation from August 2006 to May 2008, they provided operational and leadership direction, as well as supporting the implementation of supply chain initiatives. From October 2003 to August 2006, Traci served as Senior Process Leader/SGL at Target where they were responsible for Regional Transportation Management, Senior Group Leader of Outbound, and Senior Group Leader of Warehousing for the eight group leaders (supervisors) and 150 team members over four shifts (355/7 operation).

Traci Gilmore has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Iowa.

Their manager is Grady Rosier, CEO. They work with Susan Adzick - President, Foodservice, Brad Kimbrough - Vice President and CIO, Information Systems, and Tom Zatina - EVP & Chief Strategy Officer.
