Andrew Hayes

Andrew Hayes is a seasoned professional in real estate and procurement, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker with The Hayes Team since April 2020, after fulfilling a long-held dream of entrepreneurship. Concurrently, Andrew works as a Sourcing Specialist at McLaren Health Care, managing capital purchases for six hospitals and negotiating corporate contracts. Previously, Andrew held positions as a Realtor at Century 21 Metro Brokers of Grand Blanc, a Loan Specialist and Realtor at America's Premiere Mortgage and Realty, and a Senior Procurement Counselor with the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce. Andrew holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance with a Minor in Economics from the University of Michigan-Flint, along with a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting and an Associates Certificate in Contract Management from The George Washington University.
