Donna Aho

Donna Aho, CEBS, currently serves as Director of Corporate Retirement Services at McLaren Health Care Corporation since January 2018, after holding the position of Corporate Manager, Retirement Services at the same organization since March 2014. Previously, Donna was the First Vice President of Corporate Compensation & Benefits at Citizens Republic Bancorp (now FirstMerit Bank) from August 2008 to December 2013, contributing strategically to various HR functions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Benefits Manager at Continental and Benefits Manager at MSX International, as well as Payroll & Benefits Manager at Plastipak Packaging. Donna earned a B.S. in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Oakland University and has a foundational education from Macomb Community College.
