Erin R. is a seasoned professional in medical education and healthcare administration, currently serving as the Associate Chief Academic Officer and Associate DIO at McLaren Health Care since April 2017. Erin has extensive experience in overseeing medical education, having previously held leadership roles such as the Director of Medical Education at McLaren Flint and the Director of Graduate Medical Education at ProMedica. Erin's background includes significant responsibilities in operational management, budget development, project management, and staff coordination across healthcare settings. Additionally, Erin’s experience encompasses executive leadership at the Humane Society of Monroe County and wellness program management at the YMCA of Greater Toledo. Erin holds a Doctor of Education in Health/Health Care Administration from Oakland University, an M.B.A. from the University of Toledo, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Issues from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree in Sports and Exercise from Oakland Community College.
