Katherine Janes

Katherine Janes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katherine started their career as a Senior Family Therapist at Youth Villages before moving on to roles such as Coordinator of Administration at Signal Centers, Inc, where they managed government grant-funded programs and set up new programs based on government contracts. Later, they worked as a Program Manager at Signal Centers, Inc, redesigning and managing state-wide programs and restructuring departments to increase efficiency and savings. Katherine then transitioned to the role of R&D/Quality Administrative & Project Coordinator at Farley's & Sathers Candy Company, where they successfully managed and implemented various projects. Katherine then joined Anthelio Healthcare Solutions at Erlanger Health Systems as a Project Manager and Project Manager Associate, overseeing multiple projects and collaborating with various departments. Katherine then became Program Manager and later Program Manager, PMO Departmental Manager at Erlanger Health System, responsible for leading and managing the Project Management Office and project evaluation process. Most recently, Katherine worked at McLaren Health Care as the IT Corporate Site Delivery Manager and is currently serving as the Director of IT Client Services.

Katherine Janes earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Clemson University, attending from 1999 to 2004. Katherine also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2018.
