Shkeela Malik

Shkeela Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at McLaren Health Plan, Inc. since December 2022, Shkeela founded the enterprise PMO and established standardized governance frameworks and project methodologies while mentoring a team of project managers. Previously, Shkeela held significant roles at McLaren Health Care, directing the execution of the enterprise strategic roadmap and overseeing cross-functional projects. Shkeela’s career also includes various leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing clinical quality teams and driving data integration projects, as well as managerial roles at Great Lakes Health Plan focused on data analysis and process improvement. Educational qualifications include an EMBA in Health Care Management from Oakland University, a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of the Punjab, and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Health Engineering from Wayne State University.
