Massimo Carriero

Massimo Carriero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the automotive and engineering industry. Massimo has held positions such as Principal Test and Development Engineer at McLaren Group, various technical leadership roles at M-Sport Ltd including Head of Vehicle Development and Testing, and Design Engineer at Epsilon Euskadi working on KERS design for an LMP1 car. Carriero has also worked as a Rally Engineer at Procar and as a Designer and Structural Analyst at Villa Sistemi medicali.

Massimo Carriero completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2003. Massimo then pursued a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 2006 to 2007. In 2010, they obtained a Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
