Douglas Drake

Douglas Drake is a highly experienced Medical Physicist currently working in the Department of Radiation Oncology at McLaren Northern Michigan since February 2023. Prior to this role, Douglas served as a Staff Physicist at Beaumont Health for nearly 19 years, and as a Staff Physicist at Providence Hospital, which is affiliated with the University of Michigan, for over four years. Douglas began their career as a Research Assistant in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Beaumont Health System. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from James Madison University and a Master of Science degree in Medical Physics from Oakland University.
