Zeeshan Husain

Zeeshan Husain is a highly experienced podiatric surgeon and educator with a notable leadership role as President of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association since February 2022. Since 2006, Husain has contributed to William Beaumont Health System and Detroit Medical Center as a Podiatric Surgeon, focusing on promoting podiatric foot and ankle care. Husain serves as Vice President for the Great Lakes Region of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and as Section Editor for The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery since January 2020. As Chairman of the Michigan Podiatric Residency Consortium since November 2008, Husain has coordinated initiatives among residency programs in metro-Detroit. With a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Husain combines clinical expertise with a commitment to education and advancement in the field of podiatry.
