Roger Mullan

Roger Mullan is a Pre-Construction Commercial Manager at McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd since October 2002. Prior to this, Roger worked as an estimator at Gilbert-Ash from 1997 to 2002. Roger holds a BSc HONS in Quantity Surveying and Construction from Ulster University, where Roger attended from 1990 to 1996. Roger completed their secondary education at Bangor Grammar School from 1983 to 1990.
