Donald McCormack

Donald McCormack possesses extensive experience in strategic technical and business operations within the defense sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at McLaughlin Research Corporation since September 2020, McCormack previously owned McCormack Advisors for a brief period. From April 2012 to April 2020, McCormack held the position of Executive Director at the Naval Undersea and Surface Warfare Centers, where responsibilities included overseeing 80 staff and 17 senior executives within a workforce of 27,500 civilians, managing a $1B overhead budget and a $9.9B execution budget. McCormack also served as Executive Director at NAVSEA Warfare Centers in April 2012 and Technical Director at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center from November 2004 to April 2012, where efforts were focused on developing a strategic vision for Undersea Warfare. McCormack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1981 to 1985.
