Jeff Hailey

Jeff Hailey is an experienced leader in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as the Western Division Manager at McLaughlin Research Corporation since July 2016. Hailey holds dual directorship titles for the National Defense Industrial Association, including Secretary for the San Diego Chapter, and has previously held significant roles such as Chief Operating Officer at KinetX Aerospace, Inc., and Director of Operations at Epsilon Systems Solutions. With over two decades of expertise in program and operations management, proposal development, and business strategy, Hailey's background includes both military and academic leadership, as evidenced by roles at the U.S. Navy and the United States Naval Academy. Hailey is well-educated, holding a Master’s and Engineer's Degree in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of California, Davis.
