Stephen Nagler

Stephen Nagler is an accomplished finance professional and co-founder of MedPro Investors LLC, where leadership includes overseeing an organization of healthcare professionals across 14 countries focused on biotech and medical device investments. As Executive Director, Stephen Nagler is responsible for researching investments, conducting due diligence, negotiating deal structures, and drafting transactional documents. Additionally, Stephen Nagler serves as a Partner at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, managing corporate transactions and financing client companies. As Chairman and Founder of Tri State Ventures, emphasis is placed on financing growth in the life sciences sector. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Advisor and chair of the International Finance Program at BioContact. Stephen Nagler holds a law degree from New York University School of Law, obtained between 1959 and 1962.
