Steven Schuster

Steven Schuster is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and securities regulation. Since 1995, Steven has served as Chairman of the Corporate-Securities Department and Chairman of the China Practice at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and commercial practice, particularly with middle market companies. Prior to this role, Steven held directorships at Jakroo Inc. from 2017 to December 2019 and Resonant Software Inc. from 2012 to 2017, as well as a directorship at Tower Group Companies where Steven chaired the Corporate Governance Committee. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Government-Economics from Harvard University.
