Marvin Haines

Marvin Haines is an experienced operations and technology leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at McLean Bible Church since July 2016. In this role, Marvin oversees a diverse Operations Team, managing various departments such as Production, Technology, Finance, and HR while supporting the church's strategic vision alongside the Lead Pastor. Previous positions at McLean Bible Church include Director of Technology and Production, where Marvin directed technical strategy for a large church, and Director of Information Technology, overseeing IT operations and migration to Microsoft Office 365. Additionally, Marvin has been the Operations Coordinator for the National Trumpet Competition since September 1998, managing event logistics for a significant annual competition. Marvin's career began as an Internet Technician at NTELOS and includes progressive roles in network and system administration. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
