Tywan Payton is an experienced heavy equipment operator and laborer with a strong background in construction and utility services. Currently employed at McLean Contracting Company since September 2021, Tywan previously worked as a pipefitter at Grid One Solutions from August 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included gas pipelaying and equipment operation for backfilling and site cleanup. Prior experience includes a role as a heavy equipment operator at Charah Solutions, Inc. from March 2017 to March 2019, operating various machinery such as haul trucks and skid steers. Tywan attended Hudson Valley Community College from 2016 to 2017, further enhancing skills in the field.
