Heather McLean

Heather McLean is the Co-Founder and CEO of McLean Forrester, a technology and consulting firm specializing in generative AI and other advanced technologies. Previously, Heather served as the Senior Director of Software Delivery and Product Management at World Wide Technology, overseeing a large Application Services Division. With two decades of military experience as a retired Lt Col in the United States Air Force, Heather managed significant operations and built high-performing teams. Additionally, Heather has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor, teaching logistics and management courses. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a bachelor's degree in Biology from accredited institutions.
