Jeff Berman

Jeff Berman joined the McLean School Administrative Team in 2016, serving first as Chief Financial Officer and later adding on the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer. Jeff has 20 years of experience in the financial management of nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurial experience, and past service on the board of trustees of another independent school.

After graduating from Georgetown University with a BSFS and MA in International Security Studies, Jeff supported educational projects and professional development initiatives in Latin America and the Middle East for over 30 years. It heightened my passion for assisting young people to reach their true potential as embodied by McLean’s approach to education. It also provided him with the experience and skills needed to spearhead the School’s management of its recently completed building project.
