Linda Maleh has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Linda started their career as an Assistant Teacher at Mary McDowell Friends School in 2011 and transitioned into the role of Head Teacher in 2013. In 2014, Linda joined The Shefa School as a Head Teacher and later took on additional responsibilities as the Lower School Math Coordinator and Assistant Head of Lower School. Linda Maleh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English Language Arts at Hunter College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Linda then pursued their MSEd with a specialization in Childhood General and Special Education at Bank Street College of Education, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. The Shefa School
The Shefa School is a Jewish community day school in Manhattan serving students in grades 1–8 who benefit from a specialized educational environment in order to develop their strengths while addressing their learning challenges. We specifically serve students with language-based learning disabilities who have not yet reached their potential levels of success in traditional classroom settings. Shefa is a pluralistic community school serving families across the range of Jewish involvement and observance.
