Kristin Konschnik

Kristin Konschnik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax advisory services. Currently serving as a trustee and company secretary for The Bow Foodbank Ltd since January 2022, Kristin focuses on alleviating poverty in Tower Hamlets. As a partner at McLemore Konschnik LLP since May 2022, Kristin provides expertise in US and international transactional tax matters. Prior roles include serving as treasurer and various positions within the International Bar Association from January 2017 to December 2022, and as a partner at both Butler Snow LLP and Withersworldwide, advising on tax implications of cross-border transactions and private equity. Kristin's legal career began as a senior associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and an associate at Withers Bergman LLP, following a role as a management analyst at the Texas Department of Human Services. Kristin holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia.
