Caleb Mask, MBA, currently serves as the Systems Operations Manager at McLemore Resort since May 2023. With over 15 years of experience at Covenant College, Caleb advanced through various roles including Director of Business Operations, Assistant Director of Business Operations, Conference & Events Manager, Events Manager, and Conference Desk Team Member. Throughout this tenure, Caleb demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, business operations management, and enhancing revenue streams while minimizing expenses. Key achievements include developing action plans aligned with the institution's mission, generating substantial profit margins, and overseeing a wide range of services. Academically, Caleb holds a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University and a BA in Sociology from Covenant College.
