Crystal Mynar

Crystal Mynar has over a decade of diverse experience in the public and private sectors, currently serving as the Pretrial Services/Bail Bond Coordinator for McLennan County since July 2015, where responsibilities include monitoring individuals on personal recognizance bonds, issuing warrants, and coordinating mental health evaluations for inmates. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at the McLennan County District Clerk's Office as a Deputy in the Criminal Division, handling jury schedules, managing grand jury processes, and maintaining appellate records. Additional experience includes administrative support at West ISD, operational tasks in security for Wells Fargo Trust and Custody, and loan processing at Educators Credit Union. Crystal holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Systems Administration from Texas State Technical College Waco.
