Robert has significant experience representing national and international insurers concerning casualty, property, and professional liability claims. He has an excellent understanding of the “nuts and bolts” of property losses involving design and construction issues and is frequently called upon to provide counsel concerning insurance matters involving industrial accidents. Robert regularly defends personal injury claims, particularly multifactorial claims involving psychological and socioeconomic elements.

In the area of construction litigation, Robert has acted for both large and small residential home builders as well as trades and homeowners regarding a variety of construction disputes. Robert has also represented engineers and architects concerning professional liability claims involving various claims in negligence and contract.
