Stacy Kearns

Stacy Kearns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational operations. Since October 2021, Stacy has served as a People Operations Specialist at McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, where responsibilities include collaborating with management on staffing needs, conducting background checks, and overseeing new hire onboarding. As the Founder and CEO of S.K.Y. Scripted since January 2015, Stacy provides tailored resume services and personalized coaching in life, career, and interviews. Previously, Stacy worked at Queens University of Charlotte as an Academic Records Specialist and as a Student Financial Services Coordinator, significantly enhancing onboarding processes for work-study programs. Additionally, Stacy has held various roles at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where management of daily operations and finance coordination were key responsibilities. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
