Myles Owens

Myles Owens possesses extensive experience in software support and project management, currently serving as Manager of CSS Software Support at McLeod Software since May 2014, with prior roles as Operations Manager and Team Lead. Previously, Myles worked as a Business Analyst at Complete Benefit Alliance, where responsibilities included defining system requirements and coordinating data file transmissions. A significant portion of Myles's career was spent at Revere, Inc., where progression to Documentation Services Manager involved overseeing technical writers and translators. Earlier experience includes leadership in developing interactive training at Digital Training Sciences Corporation and coordination roles at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. Myles holds a Master of Science in Post Secondary Education with a focus on Instructional Technology from Troy University, and Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Pre-engineering from Maryville College.
