Lisa Thwaites

Lisa Thwaites is an experienced Ecommerce Manager with a strong background in managing online retail operations. Currently serving at MCM House since October 2020, Lisa has progressed through various roles including Ecommerce Specialist and Ecommerce Coordinator, overseeing the maintenance of e-commerce stores, leading customer service teams, and conducting analytical sales reporting. Prior experience includes positions as an Ecommerce Specialist at Kas Australia and Ecommerce Coordinator at Esther & Co., as well as a Digital Coordinator at alice McCALL, where Lisa was responsible for online product creation and website visual merchandising. Earlier roles in customer service and sales assistant positions at Seed Heritage and Max Fashions have further developed Lisa's customer relationship management skills. Lisa holds a qualification from FBI Fashion College, completing studies in 2016.
