Ivo van der Woude

Ivo van der Woude is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Mobiel Centre Marktonderzoek B.V. - MCM Research B.V. since 2011, responsible for developing and maintaining quality-related procedures in accordance with ISO regulations. Ivo has also held roles as Project Manager, overseeing national surveys in the Netherlands and Belgium with a team of approximately 200 interviewers, as Team Leader managing call center operations, and as Supervisor for field and phone research. Prior experience includes work with Kessels & Smit on training and coaching programs, an internship in policy advising for the Police Gooi en Vechtstreek, and earlier roles at ING and within police service operations. Ivo holds a Master of Science in International Business and Management Studies from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and multiple degrees in international business from other institutions.
