Cyprian Kaczmarek-Sondej

Cyprian Kaczmarek-Sondej has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Cyprian started their professional career in 2011 as a volunteer in the Rettungsdienst division at Malteser, where they completed a Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr from July 2011 to June 2012. In 2014, they returned to Malteser as a part-time employee in the Rettungsdienst department, working as Aushilfe until April 2018.

In 2018, Cyprian joined McMakler, a real estate company, where they began as a Business Development Intern from May to July. Cyprian then transitioned to a role as a Working Student in Business Development from July 2018 to May 2019. In June 2019, they became a Transaction Manager in the Commercial division at McMakler, a position they held until February 2021. During this time, they gained experience in transaction management.

In February 2021, Cyprian was promoted to the role of Senior Transaction Manager, specializing in investment tasks. Cyprian held this position until February 2022. Currently, they are working as the Teamlead for Transaction Management in the Investment department at McMakler, a role they started in February 2022.

Cyprian Kaczmarek-Sondej began their education in 2012 at The University of Göttingen, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Angewandte Volkswirtschaftslehre. Cyprian successfully completed this program in 2016. In 2017, they engaged in a study abroad program at Poznan University of Economics And Business, specifically at Wirtschaftsuniversität, Posen from February 2017 to July 2017. Following this, they returned to The University of Göttingen to pursue a Master of Science degree in International Economics, which they completed in 2019.
