Ivanka Goriachko (Boyanetska) is an experienced Agile Coach Lead at McMakler since March 2020, having previously served as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. Prior experience includes working as a Scrum Master and Senior QA Lead at Symphony Solutions from August 2013 to March 2020, and as an Intermediate QC Engineer and Scrum Master at SoftServe from January 2011 to August 2013. Ivanka began a career as a Jurisconsult at Юридичний центр in 2010. Educational qualifications include a BS in Law and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Ivanka is passionate about coaching and believes in the importance of agility for success.
